Pricing questions
How does ViralSpot charge for its work?
Two ways. One-off projects such as a brand identity or a website are quoted as a fixed fee. Ongoing work such as content, SEO and advertising management is a monthly retainer. Both are agreed in writing before work starts.
Is advertising spend included in the price?
No. Our fee covers planning, creative and management. The money spent on Google, Meta or TikTok adverts is separate, paid directly to the platform from your own account, so you can see every naira.
Is there a minimum contract?
Monthly services work best over at least three months, because that is how long it takes to gather data and improve on it. Project work ends at handover.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against an invoice. Projects are usually split into a deposit and a balance on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. Packages are reviewed with you every month and can be scaled up, scaled down or rebalanced toward what is working.
